1. Nature of Service & AI Content

AI-Generated Content:

This App provides an AI-driven roleplay experience. All characters and dialogues are generated by AI models for entertainment and reference purposes only. They do not represent the views or opinions of ai-nos.hk. Users acknowledge that AI may produce inaccurate, biased, or "hallucinated" content. Please treat all AI output rationally; it should not be taken as professional advice.

Age Requirement:

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this application. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Conduct

Ownership & License:

By publishing a "Room" to our server, you grant the Developer a worldwide license to host and display your content. You represent that your creation does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.

Prohibited Content:

Users are strictly prohibited from using this App to create content involving real individuals in an inappropriate manner, or any content that is illegal, violent, or defamatory. We implement a Zero Tolerance policy; violating content will be removed, and accounts may be banned without notice or refund.

3. Virtual Goods & Payment Policy

Virtual Products:

Subscriptions and "Pro" features are virtual goods and are unlocked immediately upon purchase.

No Refunds:

All purchases are final and Non-Refundable once the service is provided, subject to Apple/Google's specific IAP policies.

4. Data Privacy & Connectivity

Hybrid Storage:

Room templates and public profiles are stored on our servers to enable social interaction. However, your specific Chat Histories are stored locally on your device or in your private cloud.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as-is." The Developer shall not be liable for any emotional distress, data loss, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

恕不退款：

一旦提供服務，所有購買均為不可退款，並受 Apple/Google 應用內購買（IAP）政策約束。

4. 數據隱私與連線需求

混合儲存：

為了實現社交互動，房間設定與公開個人檔案儲存於我們的伺服器。然而，您的對話紀錄儲存於您的本地設備或個人雲端空間。

5. 責任限制

本 App 按「現狀」提供。開發者對於因使用或無法使用本 App 而導致的任何情緒困擾、數據遺失或損害，概不負責。
